About prices & payment:
  • All prices are in US dollars.
  • There is a price range in the price list because the exact price depends on the details of works required from the photo reference. What will cost a client more are things like: wings and tail feathers, fluffed feathers, curly/messy mammal hair, patterns on the plumage, complicated background or additional objects to paint.
  • The price list above is for 1 animal on 1 piece of art with plain background. If clients wish a nature scenery for background or other objects painted on the art, I may require additional cost $50 - $200.
  • Maximum 2 birds on 1 canvas. The price for 2 birds on 1 canvas is twice the price for 1 bird on 1 canvas.
  • My price doesn't include commercial rights for the commissioned arts. It means that clients CAN'T use the art for commercial use (book cover, merchandises for sale, other things that they plan to make money with the art) without paying extra fee for license and commercial use rights first to me.
  • I only accept payment via Paypal or Payoneer through my Patreon.
  • Payment can be sent after clients & I have agreed on which reference photo to use.
  • Payment must be paid upfront and it's non-refundable.
Terms of Service & Copyright:
  • I only paint birds and furry mammals.
  • For a realistic animal portrait commission, I will need a CLEAR shot & big sized reference photo. If the photo is small, long shoot and blurry, it will be rejected. If it's small but not blurry, or big but blurry, I might be able to use it to draw a sketch from it but not a painting. For a painting photo reference, I will need a photo with at least 1500 x 1500 pixel size with the model (pet) filling the view finder area. My advice is that clients should use a digital camera, not a phone camera, and if the pet is still alive, they should take a wide range of photos so that they can provide me with the best possible photo for the art reference. Photos are key to a pet portrait, the better quality the photo, the better the art result will be as I will be able to see everything more clearly.
  • For watercolor painting style, best work for colorful birds, not plain white birds.
  • I usually work on 3600x3600 pixels, 300dpi canvas size (printable up to 35" x 35" max).
  • It will take 1 to 3 weeks time to finish a painting and 1 to 2 days to finish a sketch, unless I have already had another job paid first. It's First Come First Served system. If clients need to get the job done faster, express job will require additional fee.
  • I'll send you the high-res jpg file via e-mail once the art is done. I'm a digital artist, so no hard copy sent. If you like to buy the art as merchandises (prints, mugs, tshirts, phone cases, etc) I can upload the art on my store for you to order. To see what products are available on my store, please visit my pet themed gift store, PETOPET. I ship world wide.
  • I retain copyright on all artworks I produce and I reserve the right to show a small low resolution (72 dpi) preview of my paintings and drawings on my online galleries and social media accounts.
  • Clients can show the art they bought from me wherever they want. They can also print the art on canvas and other items (mugs, t-shirts, etc) for their own personal use only (not for sale, no profits are gained). Credit must be given to me if clients use the work in a public forum (ie: as a user icon or uploading to a personal website.)
  • Clients must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before ordering an art from me. By sending a commission inquiry, clients agree to the above terms.
